I graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education from B.S.U. in 2009.  I have worked at Northome School since 2002, first as a paraprofessional, then as a substitute teacher, and then in 2012 as a teacher. I feel fortunate to be teaching in a school surrounded by woods, where we integrate the unique environment of the area into our classrooms. I am an avid outdoors woman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and trekking through the woods. My students will find we use the outdoor classroom quite often to study the basics of reading, writing, and math as it relates to our own backyard.
